Guns and Ammo

If you plan to purchase a firearm through an online auction site or dealer located in another state you will need an FFL transfer.

To start the process I will need the following information:

1) The name and address or email address of the seller to be able to send a copy of my FFL. The BATFE now allows dealers to accept FFL's electronically so please include an email address ,if they have one, provided the dealer selling the firearm will accept an FFL by email. Note: We do not have a fax machine.

2) A description of the firearm to be transferred.

3) The item number and name of the auction web site if purchased through an online auction site.

4) Your contact information - Name, address, e-mail, phone number. So we can contact you when your firearm arrives.

Once I have this information I will send them an email stating who it is for and a description of the firearm (and auction item number if applicable) along with my FFL to the seller.

After your firearm arrives you will need to come by during regular business hours and fill out the federal paperwork and I will call in the background check. Bring your Texas drivers license or Texas ID card with you.

You MUST pass the background check in order to receive your firearm. Unless you posess a valid Texas Concealed Handgun License which serves in-lue of the background check.

$50.00 per firearm
$35.00 per firearm for Texas Concealed Handgun License Holders.

We do Class 3 NFA transfers for $100.00. Please contact us for details.
